Our Terms&Conditions may be changed, altered or revised by SM from time to time as new features are added to the site or as Internet Law & Standards.. Or if any dispute arising under these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

A.    For whom the profile is being created on Sanjogmarriage.com  has to be at least eighteen (18) years of age and single to use the Website services, OR must be of legal marriageable age as per the laws of the country of residence/citizenship. Sanjogmarriage.com  only facilitates lawful marriages between persons who are legally competent to enter into matrimony under the laws to which they are subject.

 

SM  Membership and rights of admission is reserved solely for :

 

I. Indian Nationals & Citizens.

 

II. Persons of Indian Origin (PIO).

 

III. Non Resident Indians (NRI).

 

IV. Persons of Indian Descent or Indian Heritage

 

B.    Sanjogmarriage.com has implemented Aadhaar authentication through UIDAI in real-time and hence all the new Users/Members are required to furnish their Aadhaar details while creating the profile. For those who do not have Aadhaar card details, they can upload scan copy of PAN card/Passport/Driving license to verify their profile and for accessing complete services of Sanjogmarriage.com . Those who have registered before are also required to furnish the above details. Service Provider does not guarantee the authenticity and physical verification of the uploaded documents. The User/Member who intends to use the said information shall be responsible for its verification.

 

C.     Divorcee Members are allowed to fill all the details and create their profile at Sanjogmarriage.com  subject to condition, they update the certified copy of divorce decree issued by the competent court. The above said requirement does not mean or suggest that the Service Provider has verified or done due diligence of such court document. The said requirement is to provide comfort to its Members who can get the varsity of the documents checked from independent source at their own cost.

 

D.    By using the Sanjogmarriage.com , Member represent and warrant that Member have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Member further represent’s and warrant that Member have never been convicted of a felony or offence involving moral triptitude.

 

 3. Registration:- 

 

A. We expect that you would complete the online registration process with fairness and honesty while furnishing your personal informations to SM /Website. You would appreciate that efficient and effective match making through our automated system depend upon yourself furnishing         true, accurate, current, complete information and photos etc. We expect you to read the relevant column before keying in the details or selecting the option available or uploading the photo. You are requested not to key in details of the profile in field other than the applicable field (including mentioning ids of other platforms/websites/ applications) or repeating your details in another fields, after filling them once in the relevant fields or others photographs. You further undertake that you alone shall be responsible or liable for any information provided to SM /Website. In order to serve you better if SM requires additional details, you agree to provide it. SM /Website shall reproduce the registered member details on "as it is available" basis to other registered members, and SM members shall be solely liable for the information given by such SM member. You may also give a missed call to any of our outlets phone number for us to call you back and assist you in getting your profile registered on our website. Further you may fill in your email id and phone number in any of our registration campaigns appearing in various websites as part of our advertisements, On that basis by which you may receive call from our Customer Service Center and they will assist you in getting your profile registered on our website. SM may also reproduce your profile information in other consortium of websites owned by MCL to provide better prospects to you.

 

B. If at any point of time SM /Website comes to know or is so informed by third party or has reasons to believe that any information provided by you for registration (including photos) or otherwise is found to be untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete then SM /Website shall have full right to suspend or terminate (without any notice) your SM membership and forfeit any amount paid by you towards SM membership fee and refuse to provide SM service to you thereafter.

 

C. SM Membership is restricted strictly to the registered SM /Website individual member only. Organizations, companies, businesses and/or individuals carrying on similar or competitive business cannot become Members of SM /Website and nor use the SM Service or SM members data for any commercial purpose, and SM reserves its right to initiate appropriate legal action for breach of these obligation.

 

4. Membership: Term, Fee and Security

 

A. The Sanjogmarriage.com intended only to serve as a preliminary medium of contact and information for its users/members, who have bona fide intentions to enter into a matrimonial alliance. Sanjogmarriage.com does not purport to a marriage or business bureau or a dating/contact website its only a Service Provider providing an online platform to its Users /Members. The information which is updated on the platform by User/Member of the Sanjogmarriage.com is not verified or investigated the same is left open for verification by the User/Member who intends to use such information.

 

B. Sanjogmarriage.com presumes that each and every Member/User, who logs on to the website has an intention to get married/enter into a matrimonial alliance and not otherwise. Sanjogmarriage.com under no circumstances shall be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone’s use of Sanjogmarriage.com and /or any Content posted on the website or transmitted to Users/Members. There can be exchange of matrimonial profile(s) through or by Sanjogmarriage.com ; Service Provider shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any individual arising in/out of, or subsequent to, matrimonial relations established pursuant to use of the service provided by Sanjogmarriage.com .

 

C. User can register as a Member of the Sanjogmarriage.com at no cost. As a non-paying Member, User/Member will have limited access to the features and services of Sanjogmarriage.com . In order to access additional features, Member will have to pay a service fee. For purpose of this Agreement the term "Member" also includes subscribers, unless where its usage indicates otherwise. From time-to-time, Sanjogmarriage.com may remove the profiles of non-active subscribers without any prior notice.

 

D. In order to access the complete features of Sanjogmarriage.com  including but not limiting to the contact details of other users, all paid members must link their Sanjogmarriage.com  account with their Aadhaar number or furnish any of the other valid verification documents as required. Without linking Aadhaar or other valid documents, even a paid user will not be eligible to gain access to contact details of other users on Sanjogmarriage.com .

 

E. Sanjogmarriage.com bills for using the paid service through online membership account. Member agrees to pay all charges at the prices you agreed to for any usage by you or other persons (including your agents) using your Billing Account. User/Member authorizes Sanjogmarriage.com to charge your chosen payment provider for the Service. User/Member agrees to make payment using payment method given on.

 

F. This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while Member accesses the Sanjogmarriage.com . Member may terminate its membership at any time, for any reason, by sending a written request to Customer Support Team. No refund will be made for any unused services, benefits, membership fee or charges. If Sanjogmarriage.com terminates any membership of person/registered user on the Sanjogmarriage.com because of breach of this Agreement, in such scenario Member will not be entitled to any refund of unused membership fees/services.

 

G. Account Security: Users/Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password that one designate during the Registration process and Users/Members are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their username and password. User/Member should immediately notify Service Provider of any unauthorized use of their credential or any other breach of security. Service Provider will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Member/User or any third party on account of any breach on part of Member/User. User/Member should use particular caution when accessing account from a public or shared computer so that others are not able to view or record your password or other personal information. In case of sharing of computer with others, you are at a risk of someone misusing your account. You should consider disabling your auto-sign in features.

 

5. Role and Responsibility of SM:-

 

A. SM /Website is an endeavor to help you find your dream life partner (prospect) through of process of automated searching, shortlisting and contacting prospects amongst our registered members.

 

B. SM /Website reproduces your details once you register on our website on "as is as available" basis and also share your profile with other registered SM members within MCL consortium of website(s).

 

C. SM /Website obligation is only to provide an interface to its registered members to search their prospect themselves without any assistance from third party / persons from amongst the other registered members of the Website. You agree that the system generated search results of SM /Website are only of the profiles registered members on Website.

 

D. SM /Website automated system offers match making profiles between its registered members based on the partner preference set by each such SM member.

 

E. The search conducted by any SM member and the results thereof are automatically generated, and based on the partner preference set by you. In the event SM member changes their partner preference on the Website, then the automated system generated prospect results of the Website may also undergo corresponding change.

 

F. SM /Website cannot guarantee or assume responsibility for any specific results from the use of the data available from the SM service or from the consortium of websites/portals of MCL.

 

G. The SM members agrees and understands that SM /Website may also allow third parties to provide SM members services on the website like horoscope matching etc., and SM /Website may also collect the payment for such third party services to you.

 

6. Contents on the site :-

 

A. Service Provider owns and retains all Intellectual Proprietary Rights of the Sanjogmarriage.com , it includes contents added and uploaded by User/Member on the site. The Sanjogmarriage.com  contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information. You may not copy, publish, transmit, distribute, or sell any such proprietary information.
